Swim year round in our 20 ft. x 40 ft.  heated, fresh water pool. Since most rooms are poolside, it is only a few steps from your room to a refreshing swim. No need to take an elevator or long walk to enjoy the pool. Note; All rooms open directly to the outside and have individual outside seating areas.

Cool off, snack or visit with other guests in our shady grassy lounging area adjacent to the swimming pool. On site, "Parmigian Restaurant" can provide pool side service, should you so desire. 

- Free ice to our guests.

- Bar-B-Que grills in our outdoor cooking area. When time allows our managers often organize "pot luck" dinners with our guest. These are very popular and well attended events. 

- Enjoy a game on our shuffleboard court.

A sheltered Trolley; stop is located in front of the  Malibu. Jump on the beach trolley for a quick ride to checkout             world famous Clearwater Beach, do a little shopping in John's Pass Village, or travel to the last southern stop in Pass-a-Grille beach.

St. Petersburg/Tampa Professional sports; catch a professional spring training baseball game or cheer at a professional Devil Rays baseball (2008 American League Champions),  Bucs football or Lightning hockey game.

- Resident Managers, Terri and Cliff Winchester live on premises in unit # 26.

- Wash, dry and fold laundry service available to give you more time on the beach. No need to spend your vacation in a coin laundry waiting for your dirty laundry to wash and dry.

- Wash the sand off at our pool area shower and restroom. No need to go back to your room to use bathroom facilities.

Public Tennis Courts - a short walk; illuminated courts a short Trolley or car ride.
