FACTORS AFFECTING ROOM RATES; Since many factors affect our room rates; ex. the Season (summer or winter), the ages and number of children, number of adult guest, room type (Motel, efficiency or apartment), room style (one or two two beds), length of stay (day, week, month or entire season), etc., we strongly encourage you to call our office to discuss all the details of your vacation and have all your questions promptly and completely answered. Experience has proved that the cost to us of your call is money well spent in both maximizing our bookings and assuring you book the room you desire under the most advantageous terms and rate. GENERAL RATE COMMENTS;  To help in planning your stay, generally; rates are lowest May thru December and are highest January thru mid April . PLEASE NOTE; Rates are seasonal and subject to change except for reservations confirmed with a non-refundable deposit.

SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS; Discounts up to 25% off the Daily Rate, are often available for stays of one week and longer. Please call for details.

PAYMENT AT CHECK-IN; Payment may be made by Cash, Traveler's Checks or Major
Credit Card. Sorry no personal checks at time of check-in.

CONFIRMED RESERVATION DEPOSIT:  Please contact the Malibu for deposit requirements to confirm (guarantee) your reservation. A room can be put on "Hold" until receipt of the non-refundable confirmation deposit, or your actual arrival. When put on "HOLD" we will make a "best effort" to notify you of any change in availability or rate. Unfortunately a "HOLD" does not guarantee either the availability or rate of a room.
