Most units are either poolside or have a water view.  All units are carpeted, have ceramic tile bathrooms with full size tub/shower, individual heat and A/C units, ceiling fans, color cable TV, refrigerators and individual outside seating areas.

MOTEL UNITS; ( 280 sq. ft.) Are available with one Queen or two extra long double beds, table with two chairs, color cable TV's, a small refrigerator, individual climate control units, and outside room seating area.

EFFICIENCY UNITS; (280 sq. ft.) Are available with one Queen or two double beds, table with two chairs, apartment size frost-free refrigerator, limited stove-top (or hot plate) and microwave cooking, basic eating and cooking utensils, color cable TV, individual climate control units, and individual outside seating areas. 

ONE BEDROOM APTS.; (480sq. ft.) Offer a formal bedroom with one queen size bed, and have a convertible sofa in the living area.  The dining area has a table with four chairs. The kitchen has an apartment size refrigerator, stove-top cooking and a microwave oven. Basic eating and cooking utensils are provided.

Our Single Rooms have one queen size bed and accommodate up to 2 guests.  (Some rooms also have a futon convertible couch). The rooms are bright and airy with individual A/C and heat units, ceiling fans, small refrigerators, color cable TV and individual inside and outside seating areas.

These room photos could be of either a motel or efficiency unit, their size and layout are basically identical.

Our Double Rooms have two extra long full size beds and accommodate up to 4 of our tallest guest.

Many units have interior passage doors allowing visits between adjoining rooms (usually a motel room and efficiency unit) without the need of going outside the room. This feature is very popular with larger parties who prefer the privacy of their own room, yet want easy visitation with their friends.
